log
@cjh: added a few more modules, one a module that in turn depends on another
module, and it successfully grabs it only if it's not already loaded (go go
gadget define/return blocks - which is why i'm using include(), not
require(), for these, btw).

there's code to go with the finger one, but it's for a module that hasn't
been created yet - I'm thinking we'd call it just nic, for the horde network
information center - have whois, finger, maybe ping and traceroute pages if
we could swing it. Jon, if you approve, could you create a nic module?

other than that, fixed up a few outstanding issues with that first Mime
module and renamed it - I'm going for a consistent .php extension for
modules since we'll probably want to move to that at some point anyway, it's
a bit shorter/cleaner, and the extension for an included file doesn't matter
anyway.

log
@cjh: here's the first change going to (hopefully) more modular pieces of
code. I've rolled all of the mime message stuff into this one, and I think I
made the necessary changes to the rest of the tree - at least in Horde and
imp.
